All UK orders over £10 are sent FREE via our Standard Delivery option. All parcels are securely shipped in plain, unbranded jiffy bags. Our returns address is included on the label in very small font for insurance & legal purposes, this does contain our company name 'ECIGW LTD'.

  • A £1.50 surcharge is applied for all Saturday and Sunday deliveries
  • For same day dispatch, orders must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday and before 11am Saturday and Sunday
  • For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight & Jersey, please allow 2 to 5 days. Saturday and Sunday delivery is also not available in the areas listed above
  • On infrequent occasions Next Day Delivery can be affected by operational issues with our partners and may arrive later than planned. We cannot be held responsible for operational issues with our partner services, but will operate in line with their policies in such an event

Europe Standard Delivery

  • £9.99 on all orders.

  • Expected 5 to 20 days, (subject to customs clearance). Please allow up to 25 days.

Europe Courier Delivery

  • £19.99 on all orders.
  • Shipped via UPS International services.
  • Expected 1 to 4 days, (subject to customs clearance).

Rest of the World Standard Delivery

  • £19.99 on all orders
  • Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked.
  • Expected 10 to 25 days, (subject to customs clearance). Please allow up to 25 days.

Rest of the World Courier Delivery

  • £39.99 on all orders
  • Shipped via UPS International services
  • Expected 3 to 7 days, (subject to customs clearance).
  • For same day dispatch on all international orders, these must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Shipping is not available for this service Saturday and Sunday.

All international orders are sent by Airmail. We cannot take any responsibility for missing items

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. By placing an international order (shipping outside of UK), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized and destroyed by customs, or returned to us, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds

Restrictions

Orders placed on Saturday may arrive on a Sunday with Royal Mail due to their 7-day-a-week service, otherwise, all weekend dispatched orders will arrive on Monday.

All orders made to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address must be delivered using Royal Mail as alternative couriers are unable to fulfil these shipments
We can no longer ship batteries or devices containing batteries outside of the UK via Royal Mail. We can only ship these products via our Courier options available at checkout. These shipments are limited to 2 batteries per order

We refuse any liability for seized goods or additional custom fees. You are responsible for any items once they have left the UK postal system

We are unable to group two or more distinct orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each order

If any orders are returned by the mail company due to an incorrect address, unfortunately you will incur additional delivery charges in order for us to re-ship your order

In the unlikely event one or more of your eliquids leak before taking delivery of your order, please let us know within 3 working days so we can promptly resolve any issues. If your liquid vessel has been breached, we would advise against use due to the risk of contamination

Bank Holidays

Unfortunately due to Royal Mail and Courier services, no collections take place and we are unable to deliver on bank holidays. Normal service resumes the following working day preceding any Bank Holidays

We urge customers to use our DPD Next Day delivery services 2 days prior to any Bank Holiday to ensure that your delivery arrives before the bank holiday

Please expect additional delays for international orders placed during these dates

 

Returns Policy

Unwanted products

All sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Online customers: 

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in store or online. Please know the refund can and will only be issued once the product has been delivered back to us in its original packaging. 

Separately to the 21 day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. Please be aware this applies only to hardware items, we cannot accept any opened Eliquids due to health and safety reasons. 

In-store customers:

You can return your product in its original unopened and sealed packaging within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you an exchange or full refund, provided you have proof of purchase. If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we'll offer you either an exchange, full refund or repair, provided you have proof of purchase

All customers:

Please note that we are unable to accept any return of e-liquids ( online nor in-stores) that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.

Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order numbers when you return a product.

These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalized or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.

Receiving parcel

Please check parcel upon receiving from courier. If there is an error in what you receive then return it to the courier and contact us immediately. Once the parcel has been signed for, it is then the responsibility of the receiver to have made sure everything is correct before accepting parcel.
