Order Cut-off Time:
Order cut-off for all delivery services is 3.00pm GMT Monday - Friday.
Please know that we aim to get all orders dispatched from our warehouse within 12 hours, any delays once shipped out from our warehouse are responsibility of the courier and are out of our control.
If you leave a delivery note asking for your parcel to be left without a signature, you are hereby claiming full responsibility of that parcel. If that parcel is lost or stolen, we will not be able issue a refund or replacement.
We cannot ship to any parcel locker networks. This is due to the delivery requiring a signature upon arrival. If you choose to use a parcel locker network, your parcel may be shipped out and will be returned to our warehouse which will result in a longer delivery time. If this is done, please know there will be an additional shipping fee, if you choose to have this re-shipped.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on countries for E-liquid or E Cig products. We aim to dispatch all orders within 12 hours. But due to post office working load, we cannot guarantee the delivery timing at the moment. So please make sure you are happy with the maximum waiting time (UK 5 working days, International 30 Days). For orders which haven't arrived within the waiting period, we can't take any actions to resend or refund your order.
Your items may get held by customs authority due to strict regulations in different countries. In the event of a parcel being seized/held by customs, this will be customer’s responsibility to resolve any issues and any return charges which may arise. A refund(minus shipping) can only be issued when/if the parcel is sent back to us. Once the parcel is back in our possession, we will contact you to discuss a refund.
If your parcel is returned to us by Royal Mail (due to not being collected at the Post Office, refusal or incomplete address) we will have to wait until the parcel has reached our warehouse before any refund is issued or before we can reship the parcel. If a reship is necessary, there will be a shipping fee dependent on the class you choose.

An unwanted product can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery as long as it’s still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy for unopened goods is in addition to your statutory rights and applies to purchases made in store or online. Please know the refund can and will only be issued once the product has been delivered back to us in its original packaging.
Separately to the 21 day policy above, and in accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted items can be returned even if you have opened them for inspection as long as you let us know within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. Once you have told us you want to return an item, you should do so without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to cancel the order. Please be aware this applies only to hardware items, we cannot accept any opened Eliquids due to health and safety reasons.
You can return your product in its original unopened and sealed packaging within 14 days of purchase and we'll give you an exchange or full refund, provided you have proof of purchase. If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, we'll offer you either an exchange, full refund or repair, provided you have proof of purchase
Please note that we are unable to accept any return of e-liquids ( online nor in-stores) that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order numbers when you return a product.
These regulations don’t apply to anything that has been personalised or to intimate, perishable or time-critical goods.
Please check parcel upon receiving from courier. If there is an error in what you receive then return it to the courier and contact us immediately. Once the parcel has been signed for, it is then the responsibilty of the receiver to have made sure everything is correct before accepting parcel.
To speed up your order processing, we recommend to use PayPal payment to avoid fraud checking, international customers are highly recommend to use PayPal only.
